The PME Diploma is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it. Leigh is a fantastic teacher, very knowlegeable and above all.......patient! The classes are relaxed and good fun. All the bits and bobs can be brought in the shop and you also get to met the lovely Shelby and Anthony who are always willing to help you find what you need.
I attended last weeks Intro to Sugarcraft course. I loved every minute of it. I only wished I had chosen the 6 hour one as I didn't want to go home!!!! I shall definately be looking to book some more with you! Many thanks.
Thank you so much Leigh for being such a great teacher. I have already completed the PME sugar paste and flower making modules, and I am currently doing the final module in the diploma - Royal Icing (which I am really enjoying). .
The courses taught by Leigh are hands on so you actually learn, but at the same time are fun. Look forward to doing more courses here as they are great.... Thank you Leigh and Shelby

I signed up to all 3 of the PME modules having passed the first two i'm now on the final part, which is the royal icing module. I am so pleased I signed up to all 3 in one go as they booked up so fast and are definitely worth every penny!! Leigh is a great teacher offering great advice and a very friendly atmosphere. I have loved every minute of this course, the difference in my cakes before the course to now is unbelievable. Its also been great to meet other people who share the same passion for baking. I have completed both the sugar paste and flower making modules from PME. I really enjoyed both of the modules. I have learned so many new skills in cake decorating. Thank you Leigh for being such a brilliant teacher and for making the classes so enjoyable. I am really looking forward to doing the royal icing course next week. Nilusha x

Hi, I would really like to say how much I enjoyed doing the diploma course in sugarpaste recently! It was good fun and I have learnt lots of new fab skills and met some very good friends! Leigh you are a wonderful teacher! I have made my first christmas cake ever this year and decorated it with great confidence. It was a pleasure to be a student at your classes and I am very much looking forward to the sugar flowers course in March! Thank you Leigh, Amanda x
A HUGE thank you to Leigh for her amazing teaching...again! I have attended several workshops and have now completed and passed both the sugarpaste and flower making modules from PME. The courses are comprehensive and taught in a friendly and relaxed style....I can't wait to do the Royal Icing one next year...Oh, and the Wilton one!!
